By size

How it's quoted, by size

Quotes are by the size of the home, for a home in average condition. The number on your quote is written down before booking.

  • Final walkthrough clean

Includes the photo report and the checklist.

    • Up to 900 sq ft
    • 901–1,500 sq ft
    • 1,501–2,500 sq ft
    • Over 2,500 sq ft

Extras, pets, heavy buildup and a home that isn't empty change the number.

How a visit goes

In order, with names and times

  1. 01

    Step 1: Reply

Edwin Rangel texts back a written quote and a cleaning date within one business day.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Arrival

The crew texts when it enters, with a photo of the entry and anything already damaged.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The clean

Room by room against the checklist; the crew lead ticks each line.

  4. 04

    Step 4: The report

Gemma Natividad reads the photos and sends the report to you and the agent.

Questions

Three questions about this clean

What if the closing date moves?

Tell us and we move with it. There is no rescheduling charge if you tell us at least one business day before the visit. If the crew can't get in, the Policies page says what happens.

Who pays, and when?

Whoever books. The agent can book and have us invoice the seller, or the seller can book directly. Payment is due when the photo report is sent, by card or bank transfer.

What if something is missed or broken?

Text us a photo within one business day. For a missed item, we return within two business days and redo it at no charge. For damage, the arrival photos show what was there before, and we repair or replace what we broke. The terms are on the Policies page.

Closing date in hand?

Send it. We'll count back.

A written quote and a cleaning date come back within one business day.
