Privacy policy

This explains what Closing Day Cleaning collects when you use this site, ask for a quote or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and the address of the home.
• Your closing date, the size of the home and the notes you write.
• Access details you choose to give us, such as who holds the lockbox code.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To send you a written quote and a cleaning date, and to schedule and clean the home.
• To text you when the crew enters and leaves, and to send the photo report.
• To answer questions, handle a missed-area or breakage report and keep our records.

Lockbox codes and photos

A lockbox or door code is shared only with the crew on your job and is removed from the schedule when the report is sent. Report photos go only to the phone numbers and emails you give us, and we don't post or sell them.

Text messages

When you tick the box on a form, you agree to get texts about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts that aren't about a visit you have booked.

Who sees it

Your crew sees your name, address, access notes and checklist. We use service providers for scheduling, texting and payment, and they handle your data only for us. We don't sell your personal information. We share it if the law requires, or to deal with an insurance claim.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, unless we need it for a record the law requires. Write to hello@closingdaycleaning.com or call (919) 555-0103.
