Move-out clean

The empty home, cleaned to a checklist

For sellers who have moved out and agents who need the house ready for the buyer's last look. The crew works room by room against a written checklist and photographs the result.

  • Planned from the closing date, not from a calendar slot

  • Done once the movers are gone and the home is empty

  • A photo report to you and the agent the same day

By size

How it's quoted, by size

Quotes are by the size of the home, for a home in average condition. The number on your quote is written down before booking.

  • Move-out clean

Includes the photo report and the checklist.

    • Up to 900 sq ft
    • 901–1,500 sq ft
    • 1,501–2,500 sq ft
    • Over 2,500 sq ft

Extras, pets, heavy buildup and a home that isn't empty change the number.

Questions

Three questions about this clean

Will the clean meet what my contract asks for?

Your sales contract sets the condition the home must be in at closing, and we can't read it for you. We clean to our written checklist and photograph the result. If the contract says "broom-clean" or "professionally cleaned", ask your agent which, then tell us.

What if something is missed or broken?

Text us a photo within one business day. For a missed item, we return within two business days and redo it at no charge. For damage, the arrival photos show what was there before, and we repair or replace what we broke. The terms are on the Policies page.

Do I have to be there?

No. Most visits run on a lockbox or a door code. Our lockbox protocol says who sees the code, when we text you and what we photograph when we lock up.

Closing date in hand?

Send it. We'll count back.

A written quote and a cleaning date come back within one business day.
