Listing deep clean

The whole home before the photographer

For homes still lived in. The crew cleans around your furniture so the listing photos and the first showings show floors, counters and glass, not a week of dust.

  • Booked around the photographer's and the showing schedule

  • Cleans around furniture and belongings

  • Booked the week before photos

By size

How it's quoted, by size

Quotes are by the size of the home, for a home in average condition. The number on your quote is written down before booking.

  • Listing deep clean

Includes the photo report and the checklist.

    • Up to 900 sq ft
    • 901–1,500 sq ft
    • 1,501–2,500 sq ft
    • Over 2,500 sq ft

Extras, pets, heavy buildup and a home that isn't empty change the number.

Questions

Three questions about this clean

When should I book before closing?

As soon as you have a contract. We plan from the closing date and look for the last day the home is empty before the buyer's final walkthrough. Closings at the end of the month fill first.

What do you bring, and can you use fragrance-free products?

We bring our own vacuums, mops, cloths and products. Fragrance-free products are available on request; tell us when you book.

How is the price decided?

By the size of the home, the kind of clean, the condition it is in and any extras such as the oven, fridge or windows. You get the number in writing before we book, and it is the number on the invoice unless the home turns out to be different from what you told us.

Closing date in hand?

Send it. We'll count back.
