What a walkthrough report looks like
A report is a link, not an attachment. Each room has a wide shot, and the surfaces a buyer checks have a close one. Filter by room.

What a report holds
Six parts, in the same order every time
The header
Address, date, crew lead, and the times the door opened and shut.
Arrival photos
The entry, and anything already damaged, before we touch it.
Room by room
A wide photo of each room and close ones of floors, counters and glass.
The checklist
Every line ticked by the crew lead, with a note where something couldn't be done.
Things noted
Items left behind, damage found on arrival and anything we couldn't reach.
The lockbox
A photo of it shut, with the code hidden.
Reading it
It shows the home. It doesn't judge it.
A report is a record of what the crew did and saw. It doesn't say whether the home meets your contract; that is for you, your agent and the buyer's agent.
